In 2023 the City of Boise increased the footprint to 900 sqft, reduced parking requirements, and lifted the deed restriction placed on parcels with ADU’s. This is a great option for those looking to create passive income with their current property. We are able to build high performance conventional construction, or straw bale construction, for our ADUs.
