We do this while maximizing the useable area of the ADU and minimizing the footprint on your lot.

In 2023 the City of Boise increased the footprint to 900 sqft, reduced parking requirements, and lifted the deed restriction placed on parcels with ADU’s. This is a great option for those looking to create passive income with their current property. We are able to build high performance conventional construction, or straw bale construction, for our ADUs.
